I paid for the fastest shipping available and it almost took a MONTH from the date I ordered it to receive it! I would, at the least, like to be refunded my shipping money at $11.50.

Item arrived suprisingly quick and was in excellent condition

I recevied this book quickly, and the condition I was told it was in.

I have tried to return this item as it is an edition form a specific university, which was not stated in description. The seller does not return my email and no satisfactory help from Valore Books.

Did not state that the book was the Instructor's Version. Did not respond to email.

I received my book on time as specified. No problems whatsoever, just the way I like it.
