Item delivered in timely manner.

My orders got lost in transit and I still have not received my order after waiting for over three weeks for them.

Books have yet to arrive! No info on when they will come. Been WEEKS!

Shipping was delayed by USPS. M and N worked with me and are wonderful.

ordered book thru Valore books. book was never sent.I was never notified of a problem, they had copies of the book they listed for about $900 more than mine. I guess they wanted the xtra money

Book lost in transit - seller did not follow up. I had to email them personally. I requested faster shipping, but they said it would still take 4-14 days.

I was upset that the books I had received were used. When I initially purchased the books it specifically said "NEW." Yet when the books arrived, they were obviously used.

Good quality, can't wait to read them!

Very disappointed with quality. "Used" is one thing, but some covers were coming apart, and one front cover was cut off. I was giving this as a gift and had to replace the bad books with my own.
