Well here I am again writing negative feedback. I took my first one off because I was asked and was SUPPOSE to get a refund, but instead they cheated me out of a book and out of money.
i have sent 2 e-mails in reference to the returen of the following book. Order Number: Order # 1997157, 01/13/2013 | Purchase | 9780547167022 | Calculus College 9e I returned this book tracking# (label#) from the USPS 9549010925453035463931 on 2/4/2013. It was received by the seller SOSH Books before the return cut off time. I have sent in two tickets to Valore Books, ticket numbers 62024 & 62095, ticket 62024, Melissa from Customer Service requsted the tracking information from the USPS which I sent on ticket # 62095. I still have not head from your company nor have I received my refund. Please refund me asap. I'm very disappointed on how long this is taking. Thank you Laura Demchuk

I accidentally purchased the wrong edition, and with no questions asked the seller refunded my book for me without any hassle! I would definately purchase from here again!
It takes a while to get the book. Once I opened the box the tittle of the book was of previous editions. It has almost the same chapter that the book wih the tittle on the picture shown on the websit
