TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE they cancelled the order so I bought a new book then decided to ship the order. After telling me it shipped 22 days later cancelled the order telling me they didn't have the book.
I will never order items from ValoreBooks or NetText Store again. I ordered my book on 7/20/12 and on 8/11/12, a week before class started, they told me that they did not have the item.
Credit card was charged, but item was never shipped. The company acknowledged this when I checked on the status after waiting over 2 weeks and gave me a refund. However, I had to find the text ASAP!
Email said the books were shipped but the seller never received the order.

Your seller cancelled my order. I had to scramble to find the book before the class started. Not very happy.
never received the book, i waited a whole 3 wks patiently before i reacged out for help to find out the book was not sent out...i was given my money back but this book was very well needed.
