Arrived promptly, as advertised. As bonus, included printout of English version of table of contents (Chinese in text.) A+

Book arrived quickly and in good condition at an unbeatable price
I ordered the book but it was not available. I received a prompt refud.
I clearly ordered the US EDITION - NOT THE INTERNATIONAL EDITION! Then I was sent a bogus email that said they would have to send me the International edition but "ASSURED" me that the two editions were EXACTLY THE SAME. Wrong - missing information with in the chapter and chapters missing overall. Very poor business practice. Then when asked why? I was told this is what I ordered to read my email. Poor customer service and failure to admit mistake. I will not shop with Valore in the future.
