I originally read this back about 20 years ago, and could not find my copy. So I was thrilled to find it available here. Ironically, 2 weeks after receiving the book, I found MY copy ! :)

Of the five books I ordered, this was the only one that was not in "very good" condition. It was of distinctly inferior condition; not horrible, but clearly inferior and not worthy of a bookshelf.
