Purchased book supposed to include dvd rom as detailed in description, seller will not send me dvd. He took a long time to respond also. BAD EXPERIENCE BAD SELLER!!!!

I didn't receive the book. I have sent an email to valore customer care. but I didn't get any positive response. they simply cleaned their hands by saying that its delivered. But it wasn't delivered

I've only recieved the loosleaf version I'd ordered. I have yet to recieve this order.

was described as international and new. It was neither. The edition I recieved was the 5th which = 10 years old. The book was also very worn. they offered only 30% refund.

I ordered this book on August 26th. I still have not received it. It's been almost two months and the class I ordered this book for is almost over now.
