Took forever to arrive, my other book from India arrived sooner than this one. Don't know if it was entirely their fault though, there was a bunch of snow the following few days
Book arrived within a reasonable timeframe and the condition stated.
I was very disappointed with your company. Wrong item delivered to me. I returned it to the seller with my own money for shipping cost. Your customer support team said that they will give me back $5.00 for the shipping cost. I asked that amount of money but they said they couldn't. So I sent the email your customer team the email I got before about $5.00. They have not responded me yet and I feel ignored. $5.00 is not a big amount, so I can just give up receiving. However, I do not understand why your customer support team switch their position-once they said yes but now no. I will never use your Valorebooks.

Great price for the textbook, however standard shipping took nearly three weeks which is unacceptable. I will most likely not order from this company again.
Great Book!!! But it took a long time to get here :-)
