Not received. 2.5 weeks late. Five e-mails, one response, no delivery.
Book arrived fine, but took many days longer than anticipated.
Good book price. Bad customer service. Slow delivery time.
No one should ever buy book through Valore Books. This service is fraud. My book was never shipped and my emails to both Valore books and the seller were never responded to. It has been 30 days since I paid for my book .I am filing dispute with CC company to get my money back and filing complaints with BBB.
There was a hiccup in the first order process, and after making contact with a representative, the order was swiftly completed and delivered.
I never received my book nor did I receive a response to where my book is
They could have sent the item out sooner than what they did, but I still received it by the specified date. Book was as described.
I still have not received this item!
