Shipped the book back for refund because I did not need the book. Was notified that seller was no longer at this address and left no forwarding address. Now I am unable to return the book for refund

I would like to have know how used this book was before purchasing it.

It says that it contains the lab manual as well as the textbook and all I got was the book, it was too late for a return since my class already started

I got my book on time before class started.

Worst buying experience ever. My book came missing pages and very worn. When I inquired about a return through Valore books they never did respond to me one time. DO THE BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!

This book was listed as good and it was not. the back cover was ripped and numerous pages were missing which made it worthless, since it was a workbook style text. The vendor did not return my emails so I was forced to contact my credit card company for a refund. I tried to return the book and get a replacement but no response. As a result, I had to spend 90 extra dollars to get the book from the college bookstore. An unscrupulous seller who sells damaged goods and leaves his customer high and dry. The book was misrepresented from the get-go and no customer service to follow-up. I will not use ValoreBooks.com again.
