The book I received is badly damaged
Never recieved this book. Emailed and called customer service never recieved refund. I will no longer be renting books from this company. Will be calling customer service again in refund get refund
I recieved the book in good time, Just wat to make sure you are ware there was writing in the book when I received the book. I never write in books, even in my own. I always use scratch paper.
My book never came in, and when I asked for a refund, they STILL haven't refunded my money and its been a month and a half already! I am still waiting for my money.
