The description stated that the book was going to be softcover, but it was actually hardcover. This wasn't really a problem for me. Otherwise everything went very smoothly.

Book was never sent on time when I ordered it. Emailed to follow up to see where book was. Seller said "it must be lost" and never gave me a tracking number for the book they supposedly sent. Then asked if I would like refund. I said to refund me since the book would not get delivered on time. Never refunded my money and sent another book - which I said I did not want! So - still waiting to be refunded!! Been a month now!

I never received my book and never received the "2nd/replacement shipment". I asked vendor to provide tracking number for both shipments but vendor never complied. I will now ask for a refund.
