The shipping was very quick, but I received the wrong book. I have contacted the seller a week ago, but they have not responded.
Terrible service. I was sent a USED and DAMAGED book even though the description clearly said USED and UNOPENED. I wanted to return and had a extremely difficult time getting this vender to cooperate.
I searched for the ISBN and it came up with a new copy for really cheap. I bought it. It turns out it was a less than new instructors edition so I didn't get the access card which cost another $80.
I received the wrong book, the teacher's addition which was not clear on Valore.
My book came within the estimated shipping time. It was in really good shape. I am overall happy with this book.
Delivered fast and in great condition....just as was advertised.
