Top 7 pregaming songs to start your weekend right

When getting ready for a night out, having the right music playing is key. We’ve compiled a list of tracks to help you get the weekend started right:

1. Kanye West – Stronger

Kanye West’s 2009 hit features a catchy electronic sample by recent Grammy winning Daft Punk. If you can get past his egotism and just jam out, Kanye is bound to pump you up with this one.

2. Katy Perry ft. Juicy J – Dark Horse

Juicy J gets us on our feet right off the bat, shouting “Let’s rage!” From that point on, Katy Perry brings it on home. At #1 on the Spotify top 100 tracks, you won’t be the only one jamming to this tune.

3. Miley Cyrus – We Can’t Stop

Regardless of what you think about the whole Miley Cyrus controversy, this song is the perfect way to let the weekend roll in with a heavy beat. Enough said.

4. Beyonce ft. Jay Z – Drunk in Love

Beyonce owned the stage when she opened the Grammys this year with this track, and its bound to rock your weekend.

5. Zedd ft. Foxes – Clarity

Another Grammy winner this year, Zedd is primarily an electro-house producer, and his track Clarity is explosive. Listen to it.

6. SBTRKT ft. Little Dragon – Wildfire

Sometimes you want to start the night a little slower before you dive into party mode. Little Dragon’s smooth vocals crossed with SBTRKT’s catchy synth groove are chill, with the perfect amount of kick to get you going.

7. Avicii – Levels

With almost 100 million views on YouTube, you might think this song is over-played, but there’s a reason for that. It’s infectious. We dare you to bump this tune and not have the melody stuck in your head for the rest of the night.
