OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND U.S. TERRITORIES, EXCLUDING NEW YORK, FLORIDA, RHODE ISLAND AND UTAH, WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD (19 years old for residents of Alabama and Nebraska, 21 years old for residents of Mississippi and Puerto Rico) AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY AND CURRENTLY MEET ALL ELIGIBLITY REQUIREMENTS.

SPONSOR and ADMINISTRATOR: The Sponsor of the promotion is ValoreBooks.com ("Sponsor"). The administrator of the promotion is ValoreBooks.com ("Administrator"). Administrator will conduct the promotion as described in these Official Rules. By participating in the promotion each entrant agrees as follows:

ENTRY PERIOD: The promotion begins at 9:00 AM PST on August 26th, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on September 30th, 2013.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter you must Purchase or Rent a book exclusively transacted on the Valorebooks.com website. Each Purchase or Rental transaction from valorebooks.com website, will represent one entry. Each customer can submit a maximum of 20 (twenty) online entries during the promotion period specified in the ENTRY PERIOD.

ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: You may also enter the Promotion by filling out a survey at College Day at Fenway Park on September 7th. One survey is one entry. Additionally, you may also enter the Promotion by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name, phone and email address to: ValoreBooks.com Vegas Weekend Giveaway, c/o ValoreBooks.com 268 Summer Street Suite 502 Boston, MA 02210. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Promotional Period to be included within the random drawing. Each customer can submit a maximum of 20 (twenty) postcard entries during the promotion period specified above referenced in the ENTRY PERIOD.

If you enter the promotion under false contact information, as determined by the Administrator, will be disqualified and ineligible to win the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation or conduct of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, or modify the promotion if it cannot be conducted or completed as planned, for any reason. If the promotion is cancelled, modified, or suspended, notice will be posted.

Promotion sponsor, affiliates and employees and any entity involved in the production, administration, judging or fulfillment of the promotion including, without limitation, the immediate family members and/or those persons living in the same household of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to comply with these rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the promotion.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Vegas Weekend Giveaway, which include: Round trip flights ($500 max per person), 2 night hotel accommodations ($1000 max) and limo transport from airport to hotel.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning this Promotion will vary and depend on the number of eligible entries received.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winner will be announced on or around October 15th, 2013. Winners will be chosen in a drawing among all eligible entries received. The winners will be chosen by Administrator, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the promotion and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: Qualifying, unofficial winners will be notified by either email, or phone. Winner must meet all eligibility requirements before being announced as the official winner. Return of a prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or inability of Administrator to contact and hear back from a potential winner within forty-eight (48) hours of selection, may result in disqualification of such potential winner, and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing at Administrator's discretion. In the event a winner declines a prize, Administrator may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner by random drawing. Administrator will mail the prize within 30 days of the official notification of winning, to the address on record.

PUBLICITY, PRIVACY & PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Entrants waive any and all claims and/or rights to receive any royalties or other compensation for the Administrator's use thereof, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree that the Administrator may disclose to third parties all personal information obtained from entrants and use such information for marketing and other purposes

GENERAL: The promotion is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the United States of America. The submission of an entry is the responsibility of the entrant. Only eligible entries received within Entry Period will be included in the prize drawing. For purposes of these Official Rules, "receipt" of an online entry occurs when Administrator receives a receipt of a 3x5 index card to the address provided in these Official Rules. Promotion Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, unclear, incomplete, misdirected or ineligible entries, which will be disqualified, or for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the promotion. Any person attempting to defraud Administrator or Sponsor or in any way tamper with, damage or undermine the operation of the promotion will be disqualified and may be subject to civil and/or criminal prosecution.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, agents and representatives and all of their respective employees, officers and directors (individually and collectively "Releasees") from any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise) of any kind (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss of or destruction of property, or rights of publicity or privacy), arising out of or in connection with the promotion or from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in the promotion or any promotion related activity or travel related activity.

DISCLAIMERS: (a) Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor's servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as (depending of method of entry) either the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, or an online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. (b) Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. (c) Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. (d) Sponsor Entities are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Promotion, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this Promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. (e) SPONSOR ENTITIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS THIS PROMOTION OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
