How do we prove fraud?

In the event of an unauthorized card use we immediately report the details to the appropriate credit card company. After the card has been canceled we gain all possible information regarding the user's identity from their internet service provider. Next we report the relevant name, address, phone number and billing and shipping information to each of the agencies listed at the bottom of the page.

In the event that a customer claims to have not received their book, or to have not ordered their book, we use tracking information to discredit their fraudulent claim. We provide the appropriate credit card company with proof that the package was delivered to the shipping address specified by the card holder.
