How do I return my item for a refund?
  1. Click on the "My Account" link on the top of the ValoreBooks homepage.
  2. Enter your order number and e-mail address.
  3. Select Purchase and/or Rental, then click the "View My Order" button.
  4. Find the item you wish to return and click the "Return item for refund" link. Then follow the instructions provided.
  5. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after your item has been received by the seller.
  6. You’ll be notified via e-mail when your refund has been processed. Your funds will be credited back to the card you used to make your original purchase. After receiving the notification email, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

NOTE: If you have more than one item to return, please follow the return instructions for each item separately. Please do not use “Return to sender” as a method of returning merchandise. If the return instructions provided through the "Return item for refund" link are not followed, and your returned item is not received, you may not receive a refund.
