How do I initiate a return?
- Contact your seller to request a refund.
- Carefully pack the books or textbooks you are returning and include the original packing slip. Be sure to double check that all items originally sent with the book are returned as well. If you do not have the original packing slip, please make sure to place a note in the package with your order number, last name, and note that you are requesting a refund.
- Ship the return package back to your seller with order tracking. For your protection, we require you to obtain order tracking to verify your seller has received your return.
- Your returns will be processed within 5 business days after your item has been received by the seller.
- You will be notified via e-mail when your refund has been processed. Your funds will be credited back on the card that you purchased your item with.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear back in your account once you receive the refund notification e-mail.
Please do not use return to sender as a method of returning merchandise. If the return instructions above are not followed, and the return cannot be verified with tracking or by the seller, you may not receive a refund.
