How do I initiate a return?
  1. Click on the My Account link on the top of the the homepage.
  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Select Purchase and/or Rental and Click the View My Order button.
  4. Click on the Return Item for Refund link under the specific item you wish to return and follow the instructions in the popup.
  5. Your returns will be processed within 5 business days after your item has been received by the seller.
  6. You will be notified via e-mail when your refund has been processed. Your funds will be credited back on the card that you purchased your item with. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear back in your account once you receive the refund notification e-mail.

NOTE: If returning more than one item, you must click on the Return Item for Refund link under each item to get the specific return instructions.

Please do not use return to sender as a method of returning merchandise. If the return instructions above are not followed, and the return cannot be verified with tracking or by the seller, you may not receive a refund.
