How do I contact my seller after my order has been placed?
To contact your seller after an order has been placed:
- Click Track Your Order at the top of our homepage.
- Enter your order #.
- Enter your e-mail address or last name.
- Click "Contact Seller" button for the appropriate order.
- Enter the message you wish to send to your seller. Most sellers will respond to questions within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
