Terrible service. I was sent a USED and DAMAGED book
even though the description clearly said USED and
UNOPENED. I wanted to return and had a extremely
difficult time getting this vender to cooperate. |

I searched for the ISBN and it came up with a new copy
for really cheap. I bought it. It turns out it was a
less than new instructors edition so I didn't get the
access card which cost another $80. |
